Day 1: Arrival

Day 2: Get to know Riga
After a good rest and breakfast, you will be met by your local guide for a tour of Riga. The city centre was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997 for its historic centre and impressive Art Nouveau architecture, which you will visit. The afternoon is at guests’ leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Riga - Pärnu - Tallinn
After breakfast, you will drive along the coast of the Baltic Sea with its beautiful white sandy beaches and endless pine forests to Pärnu. Here you will have time for a guided walk through the old town, during which you will explore the beautifully renovated Elisabeth Church, the classicist-style town hall and the remains of the town’s fortifications. The journey continues to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Check-in at the hotel and time at your leisure.
After breakfast, you will drive along the coast of the Baltic Sea with its beautiful white sandy beaches and endless pine forests to Pärnu. The city’s many sights include the 18th century Town Hall, Cathedral Hill with the ruins of the Cathedral Church, St John’s Church with the unique terracotta sculptures, the fountain with the sculpture “Kissing Students” as well as the Angel’s Bridge, the Devil's Bridge and much more. The afternoon is at guests’ free disposal. Overnight stay at the hotel in Tartu.

After breakfast, we continue our journey to Latvia. The destination is a small town of Cesis, located in the middle of the Gauja National Park. On the way, you will visit Sangaste Castle, which is modelled on the famous Windsor Castle in England. Arrive in Cesis, check-in at the historical hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 8: Acquaintance with Gauja National Park
After breakfast, start your day in the beautiful Gauja National Park. Scenic small towns, romantic manor houses, sandstone cliffs and river landscapes characterize this region. You will visit the historic ruins of the Bishop’s Castle in Turaida, the tomb of the “Rose of Turaida” and will walk through the Sigulda Castle Park. Back to Cesis. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, start your day in the beautiful Gauja National Park. Scenic small towns, romantic manor houses, sandstone cliffs and river landscapes characterize this region. After breakfast, drive to Jurmala, the most popular seaside resort in Latvia, known for its mild sea climate, white dunes and endless beaches, elegant summer villas as well as historic wooden buildings. Opportunity for a coffee break. Transfer to Riga airport. Return flight.
